Hello Friends,
Today was another tough day for Linda. Her pain level was very high, but unlike yesterday, she did have some long stretches of uninterrupted rest and sleep (Thank you, Teri, for the pain relieving back/neck massage!). She is excited about tomorrow because (A) she’s having her stitches removed (Yay!) and (B) she’s being transferred to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge to begin the next phase of her recovery. Once Linda is settled there, we will let everyone know her temporary address, in case they want to reach out.
Thank you all so much for your continuous prayers! Linda is so very grateful for all of you!

After my accidental fall resulting in a severe spinal injury on August 1, 2017, doctors felt I wouldn't survive much past the initial 5 hr surgery. They also described the break as a complete injury which would leave me paralyzed, with a tracheotomy, feeding tube.
My motto since day one has been “ you don’t know me!” and I proved that in the past 2 years. Turns out the injury was not a complete injury. With that the hunt began to find PT that had the equipment to help me overcome the injury.
So always keep in mind these things in mind: Courage, Perseverance, Faith, Hope and Love.
