Hello Friends,
Today Linda did amazing! She went all day without pain medication, was able to take her allergy meds, and all around just felt well! She had company all day and was in great spirits, even joking around.
Tomorrow the PT and OT really begin. It will be intense, but she says she’s ready to take it on. She ate a little bit today and declared her disdain for applesauce (her pills are usually mixed in). She says if she never eats it again, it’ll be too soon ?
Linda asked me to ask you all to please keep praying for her. She says she still has so much to do and many people to help and inspire.
Please help her to do that by lifting her up in prayer.

After my accidental fall resulting in a severe spinal injury on August 1, 2017, doctors felt I wouldn't survive much past the initial 5 hr surgery. They also described the break as a complete injury which would leave me paralyzed, with a tracheotomy, feeding tube.
My motto since day one has been “ you don’t know me!” and I proved that in the past 2 years. Turns out the injury was not a complete injury. With that the hunt began to find PT that had the equipment to help me overcome the injury.
So always keep in mind these things in mind: Courage, Perseverance, Faith, Hope and Love.
