Today wasn’t the best day for Linda. Her neck pain flared up so much that she wasn’t able to take her first real shower. She was disappointed, to say the least, but is determined to try again tomorrow.

After my accidental fall resulting in a severe spinal injury on August 1, 2017, doctors felt I wouldn't survive much past the initial 5 hr surgery. They also described the break as a complete injury which would leave me paralyzed, with a tracheotomy, feeding tube.
My motto since day one has been “ you don’t know me!” and I proved that in the past 2 years. Turns out the injury was not a complete injury. With that the hunt began to find PT that had the equipment to help me overcome the injury.
So always keep in mind these things in mind: Courage, Perseverance, Faith, Hope and Love.
