Hello Friends,
Today was a day of small milestones for Linda. She woke up determined to sit up in a chair (which she did with much assistance), despite the fact that she had major spine reconstruction less than 48 hours before. Even the doctor was amazed by her determination.
She also asked if she could eat, so the doctor removed her feeding tube. She was able to drink water, eat applesauce, take medication by mouth, and have some ice cream. My family and I are in awe of her.
Her attitude is so positive that we can’t help but follow her lead. Please, please, please continue to pray for Linda. We know that with God all things are possible and we will continue to cling to this belief with all our might.

After my accidental fall resulting in a severe spinal injury on August 1, 2017, doctors felt I wouldn't survive much past the initial 5 hr surgery. They also described the break as a complete injury which would leave me paralyzed, with a tracheotomy, feeding tube.
My motto since day one has been “ you don’t know me!” and I proved that in the past 2 years. Turns out the injury was not a complete injury. With that the hunt began to find PT that had the equipment to help me overcome the injury.
So always keep in mind these things in mind: Courage, Perseverance, Faith, Hope and Love.
